Fusion Event Services Referral Scheme Terms & Conditions

1. Eligibility

  • The referral scheme is open to all existing customers of Fusion Event Services.
  • A referrer is an existing customer who recommends Fusion Event Services to a new customer.
  • A referee is a new customer who makes a Laser show booking with Fusion Event Services and declares the referrer’s name at the time of booking.

2. Referral Reward

  • For each successful referral, the referrer will receive £100 off their next or existing Laser show booking.
  • The discount will be applied once the referee’s Laser show booking fee has been paid in full.
  • There is no cash or monetary alternative to the referral reward.

3. Multiple Referrals

  • Referrers may refer more than one new customer.
  • Each successful referral entitles the referrer to an additional £100 discount.
  • Multiple discounts may be applied to a single Laser show booking, subject to the total booking value.

4. Conditions

  • The referee must be a new customer who has not used Fusion Event Services previously.
  • The referee must provide the referrer’s name at the time of booking. Claims made after booking will not be accepted.
  • Discounts are non-transferable and can only be used by the referrer.
  • Discounts cannot be exchanged for cash or transferred to another person.
  • Referral discounts will not apply if the referee cancels their Laser show booking before the event.
  • Fusion Event Services reserves the right to verify referrals and refuse fraudulent or abusive claims, including self-referrals or duplicate accounts.
  • Participation in the referral scheme is entirely voluntary and not a condition of booking with Fusion Event Services.

5. Limitations

  • Referral discounts may only be redeemed against Laser show bookings with Fusion Event Services and cannot exceed the total value of the booking.
  • Referral discounts must be redeemed within 12 months of issue.
  • Referral discounts cannot be combined with other offers, promotions, or vouchers unless explicitly stated.
  • Certain Laser show packages, dates, or promotional bookings may be excluded from the referral scheme. Fusion Event Services will notify customers of any exclusions at the time of booking.
  • All referral discounts are subject to availability.

6. General

  • Fusion Event Services reserves the right to amend or withdraw this referral scheme at any time without prior notice.
  • In the event of dispute, Fusion Event Services’ decision is final.
  • Participation in the referral scheme constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
